As part of our sustainability initiatives we've formed a committee to drive growth in the communities that we are a part of. As a starting point we're budgetting for charity contribution, and you can review our selected charities below. We'll be working to expand the program with initiatives such as customer / partner contribution matching and fundraising events. We'll post more on this throughout 2010 and 2011. Canadian Red Cross Relief for Haiti
The Canadian Red Cross collects funds to meet the immediate relief and long-term recovery needs of disaster survivors. The Canadian Red Cross is mobilizing to support relief efforts in Haiti—providing medical support, clean water, food and shelter to people who have lost everything. CCP is dedicated to donate all monies raised through their charity committee to the Canadian Red Cross Relief for Haiti. Local Food Bank
Twice a year we take the initiative to raise donations for local Food Banks across Canada. Everyone always participates willingly and with great pride that we are making a difference for those in our community who are in need. BC Children's Hospital
CCP is a proud supporter of BC Childrens Hospital. BC Children's Hospital provides expert care for the province's most seriously ill or injured children. Many of the specialized pediatric services are not available anywhere else in the province. 50/50 draws for the hospital have frequently been done at many of CCPs event lunchs and functions and Jeans Day is an event we all look forward to annually. |
