Sales Team

The CCP team will assist you and your team in selecting your video conference systems to ensure that it's the correct model and configuration by understanding your application needs, strategies, financial criteria, network, and technical knowledge.

System Consultation

The sales staff will work with you and your team in developing a video conference solution that will address your needs and applications. The proposal will include recommended infrastructure equipment and network that will complement your video conference system. The sales team will continually evaluate your network and present recommendations as your company grows and your video conference needs evolve.

Equipment Leasing

Leasing is a viable option for customers wishing to save on capital funds for other opportunities and for budgetary purposes. Various leasing programs are available to fit your unique needs and financial situation.

Equipment Rental Program

If you have the network and need for a video conference system for a short period or wish to evaluate a system to determine whether or not a system will fit your organization, a rental program may be an option.

Technical Team

The trained technical team provides support service from installation and training to on-going support services. Select the support level appropriate for your needs.

Technical services are:

First-year Warranty Support

The CCP technician will provide the first-year warranty support service on your system, which included in the purchase price.

The first year warranty covers:

  • Repair costs of the equipment (excludes shipping charges)
  • Access to all system software upgrades and updates
  • Escalation and Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
Installation

CCP offers two levels of installation services:

  • On-site: A CCP technician will install, configure, test and provide basic end-user training on the system use
  • Remote: A CCP technician is available to assist by telephone to resolve minor installation problems.
End-user Training

End-users training will increase your staff’s knowledge on the use of the video conference system.

The training includes instructions on:

  • Basic video conference system control and uses
  • System features
  • Review applications
  • Suggestions on meeting room configurations
  • Review meeting etiquette
Support Services

Basic Telephone Support
CCP Basic Telephone Support Service is well suited for customers who already have the basic video conference knowledge. Basic Telephone support service provides the basic technical and operational support.

Basic Telephone Support Service includes:

  • A toll free telephone number
  • Report to log all system troubles

Enhanced Support Service
CCP Enhanced Support Service is suited for customer who has the basic technical understanding and wishes to keep the system software current. Enhanced Support Service will provide assistance to resolve basic operational and technical support and repair and retun of a faulty unit. Advance Replacement for units that are critical to the organization.

Enhanced Support Service includes:

  • All support services included with Basic Telephone Support
  • Extended Warranty
    • Repair and return
    • System Software Updates
    • System Software Upgrades
    • Trouble escalation

Advance Replacement
In the event the video conference unit fails during normal operations, a replacement unit is made available for use while the faulty unit is being repaired.

Enhanced Plus Support Service
CCP Enhanced Plus support service is suited for customer requiring On-Site support service during (Normal Business Hour or Next Business Day).

Enhanced Plus Support Service includes:

  • All support services included with Enhanced Support Service
  • On-Site technical during normal business hours or the next business day

Elite Support Service
Elite Support Service is suited for customers with limited technical support or wish complete technical and operational support on a 7 X 24 basis.

Elite Support Service includes:

  • All support services included for Enhanced Plus Support Service
  • On-site 7 x 24 Technical Support
  • End-user refresher training
  • Annual Preventative Maintenance service
