Return Policy
Any item returned for CREDIT must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact a CCP sales representative for this number. Any item not returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.



Repair Policy
Any item returned for REPAIR must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact a CCP sales representative for this number or if you prefer, please fax in the attached CCP Repair Form:

Headset Repair Procedures (in warranty):

  • 24-48 hour turn around on all regular stock items upon receipt of repair
  • If the item is less than 15 days old, it will be replaced with a brand new unit (DOA units)
  • If the item is more that 15 days old, it will be swapped out for a factory-reconditioned unit of the same model.
  • The reconditioned model that is returned to you will complete the warranty period of the original unit. A blue tag signifies this warranty. If this tag is removed, the warranty is void.

Headset Repair Procedures (out of warranty):
  • 24-48 hour turn around on all regular stock items upon receipt of repair
  • Items returned are swapped out for factory-reconditioned units
  • All non-warranty headset replacements are covered under a 1 year warranty commencing from the date of replacement. A blue tag signifies this warranty. If the tag is removed, the warranty is void.
