CCP would like to introduce their NEW audio and video conferencing bridging services!

To book your conference video or audio call, all you need to do is fill out and fax in a copy of our booking request:

Step by step instructions for ordering service:

  1. Fill out the attached request form and fax or e-mail to your CCP sales representative:

  2. First confirmation - A notification will be sent by CCP to the primary reservation contact confirming the booking time and date. A password will be provided to allow the participants access to the bridge call. The password should be distributed to each participant by your primary reservation contact.

  3. Second confirmation - The primary reservation contact will receive a confirmation call at least 72 hours before the actual bridge meeting as a reminder of the date and time.

  4. Third confirmation (video only) - The primary reservation contact will receive a call from CCP at least 2 hours prior to the actual video bridge meeting. CCP will test call each participant to ensure proper connectivity.

  5. Connecting to the bridge call (audio) - At the scheduled start time of the call, the participants will dial in and connect to the bridge using the phone number and password provided in the first confirmation.

  6. Connecting to the bridge call (video) - At the scheduled start time of the call, CCP will dial out and connect all participants to the bridge.

  7. Overtime - 15 minutes prior to the end of your scheduled time, the bridge will make an audible tone. If you require extended time (overtime), you will be given 15 minutes to contact CCP to extend the call. 30 minutes of extension time will be guaranteed available for calls that exceed the booked time. Additional time extensions will be subject to availability on the day of the call.

  8. Cancellations - 48 hours written notice must be provided to cancel a bridge meeting, otherwise cancellation charges will apply. Cancellation charges are as follows:
    • Less than 48 hours notice -
      50% of full scheduled charges will apply

    • Less than 24 hours notice -
      full scheduled charges will apply
